A Year of Harvesting Dreams: Consolidation Center in Colombia
Just one year ago, we crossed the ocean with a dream: to bring the natural beauty of the source to the heart of every florist shop. That dream materialized in our consolidation center in Colombia, a project born with a clear purpose: to elevate the quality of our flowers and strengthen the bond between the land where they are born and the expert hands that transform them into floral art in Spain.
Today, we celebrate 365 days of growing together, sharing dreams, and taking flowers beyond borders. One year later, that dream is not just alive… it’s flourishing.
What is our consolidation center and why is it so important?
Strategically located in Colombia, one of the world’s most important floral epicenters, this center is much more than a logistics facility. It is the beating heart of our operation in Latin America. This is where the magic happens: the flowers arrive directly from the farms and are treated with the utmost care, as if each one carried a story to tell.
From the moment they arrive, our flowers are pampered. They are inspected, sorted, and labeled with precision. And all of this is done under controlled cold conditions that ensure they arrive in Spain with their freshness, color, and life intact. Because it’s not just about sending flowers, but about delivering trust, beauty, and time.

The Key to Success: Control, Quality, and the Cold Chain
The difference is in the details. In this first year, we have shown that having full control over the supply chain makes a real difference for our customers.
Each stage involves a precise and demanding choreography. Transporting a product as delicate as flowers is not just about moving goods: it’s a race against time, weather conditions, unforeseen delays, customs procedures, and the inherent risks of a living, ephemeral product:
- Exhaustive quality control at the source: Our technical team oversees every step, from harvesting to packaging. We verify that each flower meets our standards for quality, plant health, and aesthetics.
- Meticulous sorting and labeling: This ensures the product arrives ready for distribution, making the work in each florist shop easier.
- Rigorous cold chain (between 1 and 4°C for 48 hours): These conditions are key to extending the flower’s vase life, allowing it to arrive fresh, vibrant, and ready to shine.
- Agility at the destination: Thanks to this entire process, we can deliver flowers faster, with fewer intermediaries.

A Year of Shared Growth
This achievement is not ours alone. It is the result of our customers’ trust, the tireless dedication of our team in Colombia, and the commitment of our suppliers who strive for excellence every day. And the most exciting part: we have already expanded our facilities!
Yes, in just one year, the growth has been so significant that we now have a larger, better-equipped center ready to continue fulfilling our mission: to offer you the highest quality flowers, directly from the source and closer than ever.

Looking to the Future
The expansion of our center not only symbolizes the success of this first year but also our long-term vision. We will continue to improve, optimize processes, and expand our product range. We want every florist who works with Verdnatura to feel they have a committed, solid, and constantly evolving partner by their side.
Because our commitment to quality is not an empty promise: it is a reality that grows, adapts, and flourishes with you.

Thank you, from the heart
Thank you to everyone who is part of this story: to our customers, who trust our flowers every day; to our suppliers, who cultivate with passion; and to our teams in Colombia and Spain, who put their heart, knowledge, and effort into every step of the process.
This anniversary is as much yours as it is ours. We continue to dream together.
