How do we work?
PURCHASE AT AUCTION OR OTHERS
Our team buys at the Dutch auction in Aalsmeer (Royal FloraHolland), and from producers in Colombia, Ecuador, Thailand, Malaysia, Africa and Australia.
These products are directly supervised by our purchasing delegates located in each area.
AVAILABLE STOCK
Our colleagues receive the purchased merchandise, where it passes a first quality control, and they register it in our stock.
The merchandise travels in trucks with double temperature compartments, so that the cold chain is not broken and travels in the best conditions.
ADVICE
During the ordering process, we offer professional and personalized advice from our sales team, who check that everything is correct and adapt to the customer’s needs.
ORDER PREPARATION
During the preparation, the production department carries out a new quality control in which the defective merchandise will be discarded.
As soon as the preparation is finished, a new control is carried out where a specialist counts and checks the status of the products. In the event that these do not meet the specifications of the order placed, they will be rejected and/or replaced.
DELIVERY SERVICE
We have our own delivery service through which we reach 80% in the national territory. Our distributors are specialized and are aware of the fragility of the products they deliver.
In addition, relying on the best delivery agencies nationwide, we can deliver the merchandise in 24-48 hours throughout Spain, Portugal and the south of France.
